Tariffs

RESERVATIONS – To secure your reservation we require card details. Please note we don’t accept American Express. We operate a 7 day cancellation policy whereby if you cancel your stay within 7 days of your arrival you will be charged for your first nights stay. We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between yourselves and the hotel so we highly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE – Guests rooms are available on day of arrival from 2.30pm. It is requested that guests vacate their rooms by 11.30am on the day of departure. Late departures may be chargeable. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6.00pm.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS – We will gladly arrange champagne, chocolates or flowers in the room to await your arrival.

CHILDREN Children can be accommodated in a limited number of rooms so please contact the hotel direct to confirm availability. From ages 2 to 14 the overnight charge is £40.00 for Bed & Breakfast with extra meals charged as taken. Cots are available for under 2 year olds with a nominal charge of £5.00 per night.

DOGS are accepted in a limited number of rooms so please contact the hotel direct to check availability. The price for dogs staying is £10.00 per night.

TRAINS – London Waterloo to Brockenhurst, Intercity 1 hr 35 mins. The Hotel is 1 mile from Brockenhurst Station. Taxis are usually available
